Dojo Training times:
- Monday and Wednesday
- Juniors (beginner to Orange Belt): 5:00 – 6:00pm
- Juniors (Orange to Black Belts) and all Teenagers: 6:00 – 7:00pm
- Seniors: 7:00 – 8:30pm

Ensure you have the following when training:
- Mouth guard
- Skip rope
- Water Bottle
- Association Training Bag
- Fighting Mitts
- Other Protection (chest, shin, foot, groin)
